Why venues do this
Couples look before they call
Before a couple asks for a tour, they have already looked you up on a phone. Photos show them the room. A walkthrough lets them stand in it.
The couples are changing
Gen Z is now 41% of the wedding market, and the share of couples who plan with AI tools went from 20% to 36% in one year (The Knot 2026 Real Weddings Study, 10,474 US couples). A couple who grew up online expects to see a place before giving it an afternoon.
On the big directories it comes with an ad package
The Knot and WeddingWire include a 360° tour for venues on Premium advertising on both sites (as of September 2026). This one is free, with no paid tier behind it.
One thing we will not claim: that a walkthrough lifts bookings by some percent. Nobody has an honest number for that, so we do not quote one.
The photos that work
The photo decides almost everything. If your page has no preview yet, it is because we could not find a public photo of your space that fits the list below.
- Four to eight photos of the same space. One great photo is enough to start.
- Wide shots that show the room from a corner or the entrance, the way a guest first sees it.
- No people in the frame. The model builds spaces, and people come out wrong.
- Well lit, taken at eye level, landscape, at least 1,600 pixels wide.
- The room set for an event if you have it: tables, lights, florals.
Attach them or share a Drive or Dropbox link. Send only photos you have the right to use. We build the walkthrough, show it to you first, and publish it when you say so.
Good to know
- It is free. There is no paid tier behind it, and you do not have to link to us, display the badge or do anything else.
- It never touches the ranking. VowPetal Top-Rated is arithmetic on public Google reviews. How winners are chosen
- It is a preview, not a floor plan. The model fills in whatever the photos do not show, so we keep the camera on the side you photographed and label it clearly.
- Some pages already show a quick draft. That is a low-resolution look-around we made from one public photo. Your own photos replace it with the full walkthrough above.
- You can take it down. One email and it is gone.
